Timing and Refunding

Your commission will be completed in a timely manner in relation to my current commission backlog.
You are always welcome to contact me at any time about your commission/progress.
I will send you progress updates of the commission. One for the sketch, one for any edits you request, one for the linework, and the final.
I use the "3 free edits" rule. You are allowed to ask for three free edits to the sketches I send. These edits can apply to the linework stage ONLYif they are MINOR EDITS. Nothing large, since linework takes a lot of effort. I have the right to distinguish what is a LARGE or MINOR edit. After 3, I have to charge an extra $20 for the additional time and effort put into the piece.

Once a piece is completed, I CAN NOT issue a refund. I have already put the time and effort into the commission.
If I have already started working and you ask for a refund, you will still be charged with whatever progress I have done.
If I decide to cancel the commission, you will be refunded the full price.
Usage of my Art

You may edit the commission for banners, crops, etc.
You may post my art on sites ONLY if you credit me appropriately via a link to my Twitter, or if there is a watermark.
PLEASE post my work on safe sites. This limits the chance of art theft
DO NOT claim my art as your own.
DO NOT resell/recreate my work for prints or merchandise.
DO NOT use my work to make templates.
I reserve the right to my Artwork. Unless there is some agreement, I have the right to sell prints, publish or display whatever artwork I have completed. If the piece is of an original character, it is exempt from this rule. But, I am allowed to display it as an example of my work.
